It turns out that there are lots of ways to remove nail polish (including that stubborn glitter polish) that don’t involve almost passing out from nail polish remover fumes. 1. Use toothpaste to scrub away dark polishes
Soak your nails in warm water for a few minutes. Then, add toothpaste to a brush and scrub your nails, making sure that the paste lathers up. Let your nails sit for a few minutes before rinsing them. Your nails will be as shiny as your smile when you’re done!
2. Remove nail polish with… more nail polish
Generously apply a coat of clear nail polish on top of your old nail polish and wait 20-30 seconds before wiping it off. For this tip, it’s best to use a regular polish, not a fast-drying one.
